Who can complain to the Registrar's Office?
The Council for Medical Schemes governs the private medical schemes industry andtherefore a complaint should be related to a medical scheme. Any person who is aggrieved with the conduct or decision or practice or any matter of a medical scheme can submit a complaint. This includes, members, their dependants, brokers, or service providers. You also do not need to be a member of a medical scheme to complain.
